Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and a keen eye for accuracy, helping ensure our financial data is entered correctly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter financial transactions and data into accounting software
- Review data for errors and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist the accounting team with routine tasks and reports
- Perform other clerical duties as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Previous data entry or accounting experience is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.
