Job Description:
Join a respected Omaha company with over 90 years in business as a Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you’ll manage and update lease agreements and contracts using a multi-screen data system. Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are key as you’ll ensure all contract data is complete and error-free. Responsibilities:
- Enter in heavy data entry information
- Verify amounts and cross reference data
- Maintain data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 10-key data entry speed of 11,000 KPH or higher
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in high-volume or contract-related data entry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable working on a multi-screen system

The base salary range for this position is $41,600 – $43,680, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
