Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented entry level candidate to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production process by updating schedules, submitting requisitions, and planning orders. Overall, the role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Input and Update Data: Accurately enter and update data into company databases, ensuring precision and consistency across all records
- Organize Data Flow Ensure that the workflow of data entry tasks is smooth, organized, and that tasks are assigned appropriately.
- Monitor and manage data entry workflows, ensuring tasks are completed according to deadlines and production targets.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and project timelines to ensure smooth production flow.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields preferred
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a production or high-volume production
- Knowledge of industry- specific data entry standards or regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
