Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between clients, operations, and internal teams. You’ll manage orders, coordinate shipping, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the quality and reliability our company is known for. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your leadership and coordination skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming orders and customer communications with professionalism and urgency
- Track and follow up on shipping schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Collaborate with accounting on invoice and payment status
- Schedule and coordinate inbound/outbound trucks and containers with logistics teams
- Provide proactive solutions to customer issues and support process improvements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 + years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP experience a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Clear and confident communicator – both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting

The base pay range for this position is $50,000–$55,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
