Title Customer Service Representatives
Pay Rate: $18.00 – 20.00
Location: 290 Northwest Freeway Area
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
A large Life and Health Insurance company in the Northwest Houston area is looking for several experienced Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls for customers regarding their insurance policies
- Verify and document customer information
- Communicate and resolve any escalated issues with patience and understanding
- Provide excellent customer service in efforts to retain current customers and gain referrals
Maintain confidential information
List Qualification or Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years’ Call Center experience
- Professional Phone and Email Etiquette
- Familiarity with computers and software
- Good Time Management
- Positive Attitude
- Problem Solving
- Active Listening
- Relationship Building Skills
- Cool under Pressure
- Insurance industry and/or healthcare experience is a plus
