Job Description:
As the Customer Service Representative, you will interact with Customers, Territory Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and internal staff to respond to general customer inquiries by phone or email, send marketing literature upon request, verify the accuracy of sales quotes, look up customer account history, confirm shipping date and status, and perform other similar tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- De-escalate calls as needed
- Lok up customer account history
- Verify accuracy of information
- Send emails
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Recent high-volume call center experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to type 35-45wpm
- MS Office proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with customers by phone, email and how to enter orders into database
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to handle challenging conversations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Lift, carry, and move heavy materials (up to 100 lbs).
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
