In this role, you will support the Office Manager with administrative duties, client communication, and scheduling. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations in a detail-oriented and regulated environment. Responsibilities
– Support the Office Manager with filing, correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling drivers
– Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records using Office 365
– Manage calendars and assist with scheduling meetings and driver orientation
– Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
– Prepare reports, maintain inventory, and support compliance documentation

Qualifications and Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
– 1+ years of administrative experience in an office environment
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365 required)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
– Familiarity with environmental/water testing industry is a plus
– Experience with AI tools is preferred
