Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer service tasks with a strong focus on data entry and management. The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in Excel and a meticulous approach to ensuring data accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive data entry tasks, including order processing, customer information updates, and inventory management
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to maintain and analyze spreadsheets, generate detailed reports, and support data-driven decision-making
- Maintain high accuracy in data input and manage discrepancies or errors with precision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance service delivery.
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and extensive data entry roles
- Must successfully pass pre-employment screening
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in modern office practices and computer skills are essential.

The base salary range for this position is $27,040, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
