Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, orders, and logistics coordination from order entry through fulfillment. You’ll act as the liaison between customers and internal/external partners, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
Manage incoming phone, email, and web inquiries, including pricing, availability, and logistics
Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and non-conformances to maintain strong relationships
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure the on-time delivery of products
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role (experience in chemical/manufacturing is a plus)
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Familiarity with import/export processes and documentation is beneficial
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
