Overview
A small team of inbound call center representatives assist the public regarding their West Virginia toll tags and accounts. This position serves as a backup to assist with entering license plate information when time permits. If you are punctual, have strong typing skills and truly enjoy assisting inbound callers, apply today to get started in this role as their newest CSR team member.
Job Title’s Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls collecting payment information, update customer toll road accounts.
- Resolve disputed and escalated calls in a timely period.
- Utilize 10-key data entry skills to process and verify license plate images recorded by toll road cameras.
Job Title’s Qualifications
- Minimum of recent(1-2) years of call center or collections experience
- Typing or data entry skills (35 + WPM or 6500 kph)
- Candidates with a stable job history, indicating reliability and long-term contribution, will be highly considered.
- Able to sit for periods at a time.
- Customer Service skills and professional attitude
- Must be punctual by arriving on time.
- Dispute resolution skills a huge plus
- Collections experience extremely helpful.
