Title Customer Service Representative I
Pay Rate: $15.00
Location: NRG Stadium Area
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
The City of Houston Health and Human Services Department looking for an Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Provide community education and outreach related to chronic and infectious diseases Monkeypox (MPOX) within Houston communities.
- May require after-hour and weekend hours.
- Experience with community engagement and outreach. .

List Qualification or Requirements:
- Must be Bilingual English/Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
- Requires a high school diploma or a GED.
- Six months of administrative or customer service-related experience is required.
Substitution: An Associate’s degree may be substituted for the experience requirement.
