CSR Intake Specialist/Monday-Friday/8 am-5 pm

Job Summary: As a CSR Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our customer service team, responsible for onboarding new customers and clients, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional service to ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:
– Provide friendly and professional customer service to new and existing clients
– Assist with the intake and onboarding of new customers, including data entry and file management
– Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and answering incoming calls
– Serve as the first point of contact for customers, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or receptionist role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $13 per hour.
