Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for handling non-routine customers and issues while achieving customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and consistent information and solutions. This position provides a reliable communication network for customers resulting in strong business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining up-to-date account information across multiple communication channels.
- Cross-train across departments to ensure flexibility and comprehensive service delivery.
- Monitor customer reporting systems and escalate critical issues as needed to ensure swift resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers, offering training on business applications to enhance user experience and value.
- Analyze customer data and respond to store- and group-level requests while supporting miscellaneous administrative and departmental duties as assigned.
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required, with a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in typing at 45 WPM and performing 10-key data entry by touch.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, with demonstrated competency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, learn new systems quickly, retain critical information, and consistently meet deadlines.

The base salary range for this position is $33,280 , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
