Job Description
In this role you will oversee all areas of accounting for this highly regulated organization in Lincoln. You will perform a multitude of duties and lead a small team of accountants with incredible tenure.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the accounting team
• Oversee all regulatory reporting requirements
- Oversee and lead all financial accounting requirements
- Identify areas of improvement and implement those as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Must have strong experience with GAAP & regulatory reporting. Prefer experience with the FFIEC Call Report and/or UBPR
- Advanced Excel skills are needed
- CPA is required
- Experience working at a bank in Accounting is strongly preferred but would also consider an auditor coming directly from a public accounting firm that audits banks

The annual base salary for this position is $120000 – $170000 per year (excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
