What Matters Most for the Controller role:
- Annual base salary of $110000 – $130000 per year plus a bonus
- Direct Hire opportunity
- Onsite role
- Located in Northwest Houston, TX
Your New Controller Role:
You will oversee all aspects of accounting management of the organization. The role will be intensive in the areas of financial reporting for the various entities that they own and will include a good amount of consolidated financial reporting. You will also play a key role in making sure the company is mitigating risk via strong internal controls. You will also play an active role in managing the M&A process from that accounting perspective, as this organization is very active in that space.
Your Experience:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Must have strong experience with GAAP
- Strong experience in multi-entity companies preferred
- Advanced Excel skills are needed
- CPA is preferred
