What you will be doing:
- Oversee and coordinate the review and administration of customer bids, tenders, quotes, and call-off requests to ensure compliance with OFAC, corporate policies, and best business practices.
- Manage the review and administration of customer and vendor purchase orders and contracts, ensuring they adhere to OFAC guidelines, corporate policies, and business best practices.
- Communicate with customers and external vendors to address any contractual or order-related inquiries as needed.
- Organize and participate in weekly Operations Meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes after obtaining approval from the Global Risk Manager.
- Assist regional business units and staff in understanding and adhering to best practices and corporate policies for contracts, compliance, quoting, and order processing to minimize risk.

What is required:
- Educated to Standard/Higher Grade or College level
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
