Job Description:
The Field Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects on-site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in tilt-wall construction and managing diverse teams.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work aligns with project plans, specifications, and timelines while overseeing tilt-wall construction processes, including concrete pouring, panel tilting, and structural installation.
- Supervise and mentor field personnel (laborers, subcontractors, and tradespeople), promoting effective communication, productivity, safety compliance, and conducting regular safety meetings and training.
- Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met, implementing corrective actions as needed, and assist with managing project budgets to control costs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.
What is Required:
- Tilt-Wall Construction Expertise: Extensive experience in tilt-wall projects, including panel design, concrete pouring, lifting, and panel erection.
- Proven leadership skills, effectively managing, motivating, and communicating with diverse on-site teams.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Strong ability to plan, schedule, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.
- Excellent critical thinking and quick problem-solving skills to address issues effectively.
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- High School diploma (required), 5+ years in construction with tilt-wall experience, supervisory role experience, and OSHA certification preferred.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
