A growing organization in Omaha is looking for a Concur Expense Administrator to join their team! Successful applicants will have strong expense management experience as well as a solid understanding of accounting principles. WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
- DIRECT HIRE
- ONSITE
- 8:00am – 4:30pm; Monday through Friday
- $65000 – $70000 with some flexibility based on skills and experience
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- 2+ years of expense management experience in a large organization
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups etc)
- Strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage the full expense reimbursement process for all corporate cardholders & other employees requiring mileage and/or expense reimbursement
- Be the liaison between cardholders and banks to work on any disputed or fraudulent claims
- Assist with daily AP processes regarding invoice coding, payment processing, and reconciliations
- Be the main contact regarding Concur system enhancements, employees’ training, and user questions
- Provide reporting & analysis regarding monthly expense management
