Job Description
We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team. You will specialize in creating complex precast panels, following blueprints, you'll create molds using lumber and plywood to ensure concrete sets properly. Strong attention to detail required.
Responsibilities:
- Construct forms for specific precast concrete panels.
- Discuss production and potential form construction problems
- Provide input on improvement of work processes and workflow.
- Properly maintains tools and utilizes appropriate safety guards.
- Manages carpentry workload for self.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proficient in carpentry techniques
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
- Ability to read blueprints  
- Ability to learn new skills based on customers' requirements

The base salary range for this position is $23.00–$26.00 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
