Compliance and Investigation Specialist
Pay Rate: $55-$59 an hour

Hours: 8:00 – 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri
Join one of our medical clients as the Compliance and Investigation Specialist to help complete investigations involving compliance, misconduct, EEO, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle investigations involving interviews, data analysis, reporting, record-keeping, and more.
- Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders on compliance and employee relation issues.
- Ensure policies and procedures meet legal standards while staying up to date with current state and federal employment laws, including EEOC and Title IX regulations.
- Collaborate with HR partners and the legal department to ensure strategic communication plans are being developed.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required, master's degree is preferred.
- 7 years of relevant HR experience, specifically with investigations.
- Experience with Title IX, EEO, or HR Investigations is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
