We are looking for a Batch Maker to join our team in Medina, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for batch-making tasks across various departments while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role involves operating a tow motor, submitting batch samples for quality control, and assisting with inventory control. Responsibilities
• Handle batch-making responsibilities across multiple departments
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area
• Report raw material and equipment needs to the Production Manager
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and cycle counts
• Operate tow motor as required
• Submit batch samples to the QC lab for approval and retain before filling

• Computer literacy required; basic understanding of SAP preferred
• Previous experience in the chemical industry with batch-making experience
• Strong attendance record

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $18.75 hourly, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
