Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls collecting payment information, update customer toll road accounts.
- Resolve disputed and escalated calls in a timely manner.
- Utilize 10-key data entry skills to process and verify license plate images recorded by toll road cameras.
Qualification or Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of call center or collections experience.
- Typing or data entry skills (35+ WPM or 6,500KPH)
- Able to sit for periods at a time.
- Customer Service skills and professional attitude.
- Must be punctual by arriving on time.
- Dispute resolution skills is a huge plus.
- Collections experience highly preferred.
