Job Description
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of CNC machining equipment, including programming, setup, and inspection of machined parts. You will play a key role in optimizing machining processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a precision manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Perform setup operations, including tooling, fixturing, and program verification
- Precisely measure and inspect parts to maintain high-quality standards
- Create, edit, store, and retrieve CNC programs for machining processes
- Perform daily/weekly machine maintenance and optimize machining operations
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience operating CNC machining equipment
- 1+ years of experience programming machining centers
- Knowledge of Mazatrol language and G&M code programming language
- Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations (fractions, decimals, metric to imperial conversions)
- Experience with sheet metal and light plate fabrication preferred

The base pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
