Job Description
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be required to operate CNC Machine tools such as Mills, lathes, etc. in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with production standards. You will be expected to consistently meet production goals. The job requires attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Operates production equipment to produce products in accordance with production requirements and standards
- Produces assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions
- Completes equipment set-up's in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures
- Quality control of defects of finished product
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- CNC machining: 1 year required
- Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong time management and effective communication skills
- Must be able to stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted
- Adhere to all safety requirements

The base salary for this position ranges up to $23.00/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
