Responsibilities
- Operate 2- and 3-axis CNC lathe machines
- Load materials and monitor production cycles
- Perform minor tool offsets and adjustments as needed
- Conduct in-process quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges
- Maintain machinery and ensure a safe, organized work area
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous CNC or machine operating experience required
- Ability to make minor offsets and read basic blueprints
- Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Process troubleshooting skills a plus

The base salary for this position is $17/hr. or more based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
