Job Description
We are seeking qualified candidates who take responsibility for operating assigned machinery. You are ensuring the machine runs smoothly, works at capacity without issue, and is appropriately maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for machine manufacturing of pallet, using the CMS machine
- Trimming of pallet scraps, ensuring product is precisely finished and meeting expectations (maintaining bond in pallets while trimming, causing them not to split)
- Operate equipment safely and effectively for pallet production processing
- Maintain the work area-keeping it clean safe and organized (Basic knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles)
- Completing the production process of pallet by adding locks to pallets, to ensure sleeve security
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willingness to train and learn to operate the CMS machine
- Must have a precise hand and eye for detail, in handling machines
- Ability to integrate and work in teams
- Ability to use bandsaw, power drill, trimming, deburring, and air pneumatic tools
- PPE requirement- Steel toes shoes/boots and safety goggles must be worn while working

The base pay range for this position is $31,200, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
