Job Description
As a CMM Operator, you’ll play a vital role in the post-casting process by performing dimensional and visual inspections using pre-programmed Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify product quality and meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections on cast, machined, and forged components
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications
- Maintain accurate inspection records
- Work directly with supervisors, management, engineering, and auditors
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous CMM Inspection experience required
- Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measuring instruments
- Manufacturing experience preferred (casting, machining, forging)
- Basic computer skill (Microsoft o=Office)

The base salary range for this position is $25+/hr. after training on 1st shift . excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
