Your new role as the commercial closing assistant:
- Process tasks necessary to close residential title transactions, final closing packages, issue title policies and post-closing matters.
- Communicate with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure accurate information while providing the best customer service.
Your experience to be the commercial closing assistant:
- High School or GED required.
- Experience working in real estate, financial, or insurance industry is ideal

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
