Job Description:
The Reserves Network is currently hiring a receptionist for a busy construction office in Sarasota, FL. As the Receptionist, you are responsible for answering phones, typing and entering data, and meeting and greeting clients as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Typing
- Scanning
- Answering emails
- Ordering Supplies
- Other administrative and clerical tasks as designated
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1 year of receptionist or administration experience.
- Type 40 wpm
- Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
- Basic Computer Skills
- Immediate availability
