Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Route Driver (Class A CDL) to deliver windows and doors throughout Texas and Louisiana. This role includes 2–3 overnight trips per week and follows 8 rotating routes. Drivers are expected to safely load/unload materials, provide excellent customer service, and maintain DOT compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Transport windows, doors, and building materials safely across state lines
- Unload freight manually while maintaining trip delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and maintain accurate driving logs
- Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers during deliveries
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card and minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Comfortable with long driving shifts and overnight stays
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred

The base pay range for this position is $25.00-$30.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
