Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Campus Manager to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a college or educational campus, ensuring a safe, efficient, and student-centered environment. This role includes managing campus facilities, supervising staff, coordinating events and classroom utilization, and serving as the primary liaison for safety, security, and maintenance. The Campus Manager works closely with academic and administrative leadership to support institutional goals and provide a positive learning experience for students, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily campus operations including events, facilities, housekeeping, and staff supervision
- Foster a positive learning environment for administrators, faculty, staff, and students, while supervising and evaluating campus staff in alignment with college policies and procedures.
- Serve as Safety Officer, coordinating training and handling campus security requests/needs with campus police.
- Optimize classroom usage and coordinate room reservations, leases, and event setups in collaboration with district scheduling staff.
- Assist with and coordinate facility related Student Services activities through the Dean/Associate Dean of Student Success and other relevant departments.
- Manage direct shipping, receiving, inventory, and mail services; oversee furniture/equipment moves.
- Assist with budget preparation, room reservations, and event setup logistics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of administrative/managerial experience required
- Campus management in a community college preferred
- Valid Texas Driver License
- Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
