Join one of Texas' premier public university systems as a Budget & Revenue Support Analyst. This role supports the accurate processing of revenue deposits and departmental financial operations. You’ll help ensure the integrity of transactions tied to the Permanent and Available University Funds. Responsibilities:
- Record and document AUF and PUF revenue deposits with full audit compliance
- Analyze deposits and allocate them across leases, wells, and properties
- Resolve discrepancies through collaboration with operators and accounting teams
- Track expenditures, process trust mineral checks, and manage financial documentation
- Provide administrative support, reporting, and assist with internal financial projects
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of financial, accounting, or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Preferred experience in higher education, energy, or public agency environments
- Familiarity with fund accounting or mineral revenue processes is a plus
