BSA Compliance Manager

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS BSA COMPLIANCE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY?
- Direct Hire
- Hybrid – 2 days from home – must work out of the Des Moines office
- Monday through Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – flexibility as needed
- $85000 to $125000 depending on experience and level
- Position can be filled at the manager level or a step lower with growth path to manager
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Minimum 5 years with BSA experience required
- Management experience required
- Strategic thinker and ability to create and implement compliance processes and procedures
AS THE BSA COMPLIANCE MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Managing risk team
- Manage and maintain risk assessments
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain risk compliance and stability
- Strategize to create processes and procedures for future company growth
