Brazer 1st shift | $16.50+/hr. based on experience | 6am-2:30pm

Position Overview
As a Brazer, you will support production by performing brazing and light welding-related processes on a variety of metal components. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working with tools, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
Responsibilities
- Perform brazing operations using an oxy-acetylene torch
- Assist with basic soldering and crimping as needed
- Install and assemble electrical panels, harnesses, and related components
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow written work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications
- Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet inspection requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior brazing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to operate an oxy-acetylene torch
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, and calipers
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
