Job Description:
As a Body Worker, you will become a vital contributor to the dynamic world of vehicle manufacturing with a prominent industry leader. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all paint prep and body work functions with little supervision
- Seal all the seams and prepare all products properly, Mask off edges and areas
- Sand and scuff areas on vehicles that may have prior paint defects, use double action sander
- Grind all welds and fill with body filler
- Wipe down all areas to be painted with a degreaser and solvent
- Take tape and paper off the bus once painted and dried, fill any dents and gouges in metal
- Air file, mix sand, and apply body fillers to the finished surface
- Apply caulking to proper areas
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience with auto body prep
- Must possess mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
- Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job
- Prescreen testing required

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
