Job Description
As a Bilingual Warehouse Lead, you will play a critical role in leading daily operations while working hands-on in the warehouse. This position requires a strong communicator who can ensure staff is on task and meeting expectations while providing progress updates to the client. You’ll be the link between the on-site supervisors and the team, helping to oversee tasks, manage attendance, and contribute to production.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in daily operations, ensuring all associates are present, on task, and working efficiently.
- Work alongside team members on the line as needed.
- Collaborate with on-site supervisors to ensure staffing and production expectations are met.
- Provide regular updates to the client on attendance, production progress, and any issues within the warehouse.
- Help maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
