We are seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to join our Litigation department, specializing in the filing and preparation of necessary documents for ad valorem tax suits. This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Paralegal will manage dockets for multiple district courts, handling a substantial caseload of approximately 1,000 cases. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and attending virtual and in-person docket proceedings with attorneys when necessary. The role also involves collaborating with clients, courts, and team members to ensure smooth case management. While previous legal experience is a plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent time management skills, and be eager to take on challenges.

The base pay range for this position is $37,440 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
