Job Description
Wea are looking for a bilingual Customer Service/Telesales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and promote products over the phone and via email. You’ll play a key role in helping both English- and Vietnamese/Spanish-speaking customers, using your communication and sales skills to drive business and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound telesales calls.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Translate product information for Spanish and/or Vietnamese-speaking customers.
- Promote current sales, promotions, and upselling products where appropriate.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual in Vietnamese and/or Spanish is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or telesales experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills

The base salary range for this position is $16+/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
