· Effectively manage large number of incoming customer calls.
· Identify and address needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and practices.
List Qualification or Requirements:
· Customer Care/Call Center Experience required.
· Strong phone contact handling and effective listening skills.
· Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
