Job Description
Case Manager is responsible for providing high-quality client support, casefile documentation, and data tracking for the English Language Instruction program. Case managers provide support to students at all phases of enrollment to ensure successful outcomes and must ensure that each client’s eligibility, participation, and documentation are aligned with compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking, awareness of and familiarity with a variety of cultures; passion in helping refugees thrive; motivated; creative; good interpersonal skills; ability to handle and maintain confidential information; demonstrated success in working with a variety of people
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office 365. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information, the ability to work in a diverse setting, and show enthusiasm and commitment to working with the refugee community.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual – Spanish, Arabic, Dari, Pashtu, Arabic, Swahili, French
- Reliable transportation: Requires offsite visits to classrooms at various locations
- Associate Degree preferred
- Experience in Social Work

The base salary range for this position is $20.23/hour., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
