Assistant Leasing Property Manager
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
As an Assistant Leasing Property Manager, you will be the face of our community, responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and current residents. You will guide potential tenants through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Your goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere while achieving leasing goals and maintaining high occupancy levels.
Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and answer inquiries about floor plans, amenities, and community features.
- Assist prospects through the entire leasing process, including application processing, lease signing, and move-in coordination.
- Promote the property through various channels, including online listings, social media, and community events.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with a diverse range of people and build rapport.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills. A knack for closing deals and meeting leasing targets.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed to accommodate prospective residents.
