Join a leading supplier in the automotive industry as an Assembly Worker in Cusseta, AL. This position is essential in supporting production goals and upholding high company standards. The role is open due to increased demand for our products and offers a temp-to-hire opportunity, providing potential for career growth and stability.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Assemble components using hand tools and machinery with precision.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
Qualifications or Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months to 1 year of production/assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, and lift for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment screening.
