- Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Assemble components using hand tools and machinery with precision.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months to 1 year of production/assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, and lift for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment screening.
- Weekly pay while working with TRN.
