Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily production of surface finishing of slides and barrels following the standard operating procedures (working instructions) to achieve quality and production goals.
- Assemble firearms and products according to company procedures and productivity goals as well as internal
- Ability to work on an Assembly Line, in a team and quota-based environment
- Fully understand and strictly adhere to all safety policies while on company property.
- Build and inspect subassembly – ensure proper trigger parts and configurations per BOM while inspecting parts for defects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly work
- Ability to stand for a long period of time
- Ability to pay close attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to perform shift work.

The base salary range for this position is $17.90 Per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
