Job Description:
An Assembler is responsible for building and assembling electronic capacitors according to General Manufacturing Procedures
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of electronic capacitors using hand tools and fixtures provided
- Performs quality assurance checks during assembly
- Reports daily production
- Reports production and quality issues to supervisors daily
- Follows all Safety and Good Manufacturing Procedures
- Keeps work station clean and organized
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Skilled in small part assembly
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions
- Ability to sit or stand in one place entire shift
- Experience with manufacturing safety regulations and practice

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $15.00 to $15.26 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
