Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and semi-routine assembly duties based on instructions
- Read and interpret oral and written directions for accurate assembly
- Use hand tools and packaging equipment to prepare components for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Complete required production records and meet assembly standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Entry-level experience: training provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Experience with hand tools and basic mechanical assembly preferred
- Knowledge of safety procedures, PPE usage, and workplace policies
