Job Description
Join a fast-paced team as an Assembler, where you’ll be responsible for assembling small medical device components using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment. In this role, you will inspect products for quality, package them for distribution, and ensure proper documentation is maintained. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a clean-room environment and enjoys working as part of a dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble small parts manually using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment
- Inspect products for defects using visual inspection tools and techniques
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Complete production records and work order documentation accurately
- Package and label finished products for shipping
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong hand/eye coordination and dexterity for handling small parts
- Ability to follow written procedures and maintain attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and a team-oriented mindset

The base salary range for this position is $18.00-$19.50, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
