Responsibilities:
- Assemble products from drawings, sketches, and written instructions
- Use measuring equipment (calipers, rulers, etc.) to verify dimensions
- Pack assemblies and move materials as needed
- Provide training to other associates when required
- Support company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret part drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances
- Mechanical ability to assemble products effectively
- Ability to safely use small hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
- Experience with measuring equipment and documentation (Excel, Macola ERP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
