Job Summary:
Highly experienced Accounts Payable Clerk with extensive knowledge of financial recordkeeping, vendor management, and payment processing. Skilled in maintaining accuracy and efficiency across high-volume invoice cycles, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Demonstrates strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Known for excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve, sort, and distribute all incoming mail received via US Postal Service, interoffice, email, or hand delivery.
- Prep and lift documents weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Use the mail machine to open, prep, and smooth hard mail (removing staples and paper clips) for high-speed scanning.
- Scan all hardcopy invoices and support documents using high-speed equipment.
- Retrieve, organize, and store electronic mail.
- Perform invoice quality checks via scanning software (AIP) by verifying and correcting OCR-pulled data within required fields.
- Perform high-volume and accurate 10-Key data entry daily when validating mandatory key invoice fields.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of Document Management experience in a high-volume environment required.
- Accurate 10-Key data entry skills and experience are required.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Teams and Outlook, required.
- Proficiency in the use of Adobe for document management (merging, converting, and separating files) is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment is highly preferred.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly pay rate for this position, which is $26.50 per hr, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
