DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance or related field to position
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role, or a mix of education and experience that is comparable
- Well-rounded proficiency in MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Skilled in SAP
- Detail-oriented and analytical skills
- Experience in railroad transportation or Logistics and Transportation industries preferred
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As an Analyst Publications, you will oversee the client data entry process into revenue systems, ensuring timely and accurate data capture. This role requires adherence to various controls and policies, auditing the accuracy of billing information in the system, and monitoring the overall operation of billing systems.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Enter client information, including rates, into relevant systems
- Precisely document the specifics of Client Commercial Agreements
- Follow all applicable internal company policies and external regulations
- Provide leadership with updates and tracking details on assignments
- Inform leadership of progress and status regarding data entry
- Maintain clear and direct communication with team members
- Ensure publications comply with commercial agreements, system requirements, and internal guidelines
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of revenue data
