Job Description
As a Bilingual Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy, and supporting administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain accurate data for inventory, shipments, and orders as well as invoices.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support staff and other departments.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with teams to reconcile any discrepancies in records.
- Assist in generating reports as needed for management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- Prior experience in data entry, administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
